XJT oral / throat spray bottle is a “METERED PUMP TYPE” of oral / throat sprayer bottle, which is assembled by a oral / throat sprayer and a plastic bottle. Through pressing the actuator of the oral / throat sprayer by fingertip, medical liquid in the oral / throat spray bottle will be sprayed out as mist.
XJT produces oral / throat sprayer and plastic bottle. We use only the well known safe materials. No POM, nor rubber is contained. All materials are FDA standard. However, unfortunately, we don’t produce glass bottles although our sprayer can also be assembled with glass bottles.
There is a rotatable rod on the actuator of oral / throat sprayer which can insert to the mouth to help deliver medicine to oral or throat more easily and more accurately. When the oral / throat spray bottle is packed in a box, this rod will rotate until vertical for easy packing.

General Screw on oral / throat spray bottle
Most general type of oral / throat spray bottle is screw on oral / throat spray bottle. The compatibility of oral / throat sprayer and bottle is reached through the standard screw on thread finish. Therefore, filling to capping is easy.
Bottle can be PET plastic, HDPE plastic and glass bottles.

Non-refillable Screw on oral / throat spray bottle
This is a special screw on oral / throat spray bottle. Tamper evident proof function is incorporated in both oral / throat sprayer and plastic bottle. After a oral / throat sprayer is screwed on a bottle, this oral / throat sprayer can not be screw off from the bottle unless the oral / throat sprayer or the bottle is damaged. It is a very effective way to protect the reputation of a pharmaceutical company.
Only XJT plastic bottle can match XJT non-refillable oral / throat sprayer.

Snap on oral / throat spray bottle
Snap on sealing is not easy to reopen the bottle after capping.
Filling to capping must be operated by machine so snap on sealing is only suitable for industrial massive production.

Crimp on oral / throat spray bottle
Crimp on sealing can not reopen the bottle after capping. The aluminum closure have to deform to hold the bottle neck, which means a crimp on closure can not be reused.
Filling to capping must be operated by machine so crimp on sealing is only suitable for industrial massive production.
